Above is Delphi Questionnaire #3. There are two steps to complete - rank the goals for priority from 1 to 6; then, choose either the membership or fundraising subcommittee to work on in the coming year.

Ella will lead the membership subcommittee and I will take the fundraising. After we split the group, each subcommittee will choose from among the strategies we identified. We will then report any budget implications to John by December 14th and develop action plans. We need to report to the Board by next meeting, I think in January.

Our recommendation to Bill and Dorothy is to publish the newsletter four times a year:
December 15th - Annual Report with thank you's and pictures from Lesotho
March 15th - Articles of general interest/Committee Reports
June 15th - Articles of general interest/Committee Reports
September 15th - Annual Meeting Announcements/Ballot

We need to use the newsletter for mailings to keep the costs down in the coming year. I would expect a deadline of the first of the month for all submissions. If anyone wants to help Dorothy compile articles of interest, please let us know. We need to submit committee reports for each newsletter issue. We believe that it will be important to have regular mailings to the membership. The length of any one issue is not as important.

John - this is our recommendation which has budget implications for four mailings.
Ella - let's talk next week to make sure we are clear on next steps.
